ข่าว บริษัท ล่าสุดเกี่ยวกับ What is mechanical seal?

A mechanical seal is a device used to prevent fluid leakage at the rotating shaft. It mainly consists of two flat end faces (one rotating with the shaft and one fixed on the housing) that fit against each other and slide relative to each other to achieve sealing.

Professional term analysis:

Rotating Face: The seal ring that rotates with the pump shaft.
Stationary Face: The seal ring that is fixed on the gland and does not move.
Sealing Faces: The precision machined surfaces where the rotating and stationary faces contact.

2. Core structure: Four major components
A complete mechanical seal usually includes the following parts:

Primary Seal: Composed of a rotating face and a stationary face, it is the core of the seal.
Secondary Seals: Usually O-rings or V-rings, responsible for sealing the gaps between the seal rings and the shaft, and between the rings and the gland.
Springs/Bellows: Provide initial pressure to ensure that the end faces still fit together when the machine is stopped or the shaft moves out of alignment.
Drive Components: Transmit torque from the shaft to the rotating face.
